The new Optrel Crystal sets a new record with an incredibly low Shade 2 light state. Welders have for the first time a practically unclouded and clear view of their working environment. This in combination with the almost perfect colour spectrum of the CLT2.0 for the first time allows welders to see what is really going on in the weld pool, and with a clarity that equates to insights into a new dimension. This is why welders describe this as an enlightenment.

This new development reduces the need for a clear flip up visor as you can see more through the auto darkening lens than ever before. The crystal also benefits from Optrel's auto pilot feature, which automatically adjusts the dark shade depending on what you are welding, eliminating the need to manually change shade settings yourself. This feature is adjustable to suit your eyes or can be switched off completeley for manual adjustment.

The innovative Swiss technology venture optrel AG launches a new power air respiratory system e3000. It delivers highest respiratory protection as well as maximum comfort which in turn makes your welding process more profitable.

Highest protection classification TH3P provides best possible safety
When encountering harsh ambient conditions with smoke dust and vapour a highly efficient powered air respiratory system is indenspensible in order to keep the welder healthy. The e3000 in combination with the e600 helmets of optrel provides the highest protection class TH3P according to EN 12941 (European Standard).

Maximum comfort advances most accurate welding quality
The maximum comfort consists of three characteristics ;
First of all, the wide range of adjustable air flow rates from 150 to 250 nl/min. as well as the constant air flow results in best comfort for the welder. This comfort means best possible concentration on the work process and less fatigue which in turn leads to best welding quality.
Secondly, the high flow rate of 250l/min. enables to benefit from the high comfort level even at ambient high-temperature conditions.
Thirdly, the variable adjustment of the air flow distribution of the e600 helmets is another significant contributor to the maximum comfort .

Increased productivity
The efficiency-oriented battery management with operating times of up to 20 hours avoids any work interruption for more than two shifts. Therefore the welder gains more  effective working time.

Otimised operating costs
The filter system consists of a prefilter and a particle filter. The particle filter with its big surface slows down the clogging of the filter. This characteristic as well as the smart concept of filter replacement supports the user to optimise the total cost of ownership.
