Legal guarantee

When you buy from Weldstore as a consumer, the goods are covered by the legal guarantee of conformity. Below is the EU harmonised notice with its main points.

If a product is faulty

Tell us by email at info@weldstore.fi. Give your order number, what is wrong and when you noticed it. Add a photo if you can.

Report the fault within a reasonable time after you noticed it. A report made within two months is always in time.

The legal guarantee is separate from the 14-day right of withdrawal. Withdrawal is explained in our returns and withdrawal policy.

Some manufacturers also give their own guarantee. It does not reduce the legal guarantee.

If we cannot agree, you can get advice from the Finnish consumer advisory service: kkv.fi.
