Return and cancellation

All Weldstore products have 14 days change, return or cancellation policy. According european union consumer law, You have the right cancel the order or return the goods back to us within 14 days from the purchase moment. Please notice that product that you return has to be in its original condition. Change and return are free of charge.

When you want to change delivered product or return it, please inform us in advance. This will make process faster. Best way to inform us is by email where you tell us your contact info order number. All this info you can find from your order confirmation that has been sent to you to email address you have given to us.
