Shipping policy
Where we deliver
We deliver orders to Finland and other EU countries. For now, we do not deliver to the Åland Islands. Some products ship from our warehouse in Finland, and we deliver those to Finland and Sweden only. Checkout tells you before you pay if a product cannot be delivered to the country you selected.
Shipping costs
Products ship from two warehouses: Finland and Central Europe. The shipping cost is based on the weight of each shipment, and you will see the total at checkout before you pay. If your order contains products from both warehouses, they arrive as separate shipments and the shipping costs are added together.
Free shipping on orders over €149 to Finland and Sweden. When the products in your cart total at least €149, the Posti parcel (up to 15 kg) ships free. The offer does not apply to Express parcels, shipments over 15 kg or freight deliveries. Free shipping is applied automatically at checkout.

Prices include VAT. The Express parcel is intended for business customers and is available within Finland only. Shipments over 25 kg are delivered as freight. Welding tables, positioners, turning rolls, large welding machines and other heavy equipment are always delivered as freight to all EU countries. Freight for heavy goods is based on the weight of the shipment, as shown in the table above.
Weldstore Streetwear
Streetwear products are printed to order and shipped separately from welding products. They have their own shipping cost. If you order both Streetwear and welding products at the same time, the shipping costs are added together, and you will see the total at checkout before you pay. The products will then arrive in separate shipments.
Delivery time
Products shipped from our Finnish warehouse are usually delivered within 2–5 business days, and products from our Central European warehouse within 5–15 business days. The delivery time for each product is shown on the product page and in the cart. Ask us if you need an exact estimate.
- For products marked Available to order, the delivery time is confirmed after you order.
- The delivery time for Streetwear products is 5–10 business days.
Business days are Monday to Friday, excluding public holidays. These estimates apply to deliveries within Finland. Delivery to other EU countries may take longer. An order may arrive in more than one shipment.
If a product has sold out or a delivery is delayed, we will contact you by email. You can then wait, choose an equivalent product or cancel the order. If you cancel, we will refund the full amount including shipping.
Order confirmation and receiving your parcel
You will receive an order confirmation by email right after you place your order. If it does not arrive, check your spam folder and contact us if needed.
Check the shipment when you receive it. If the parcel is damaged or something is missing, let us know as soon as possible. If the damage is visible on the packaging, also report it to the carrier.
