SPARTUS EasyARC 400P is a high-performance, three-phase MMA welding power source designed for intensive use in workshops, production facilities, maintenance operations and welding of heavy-section steel structures. A maximum welding current of 400A, 400V power supply and 60% duty cycle provide the power reserve required where standard MMA welding machines are no longer sufficient.

The EasyARC 400P combines high performance with functions that significantly improve welding comfort and control. MMA pulse, adjustable base current, Hot Start, Arc Force and VRD functions allow the arc characteristics to be adapted to the electrode type, welding position and requirements of a specific task.

400A MMA – power for demanding applications

SPARTUS EasyARC 400P offers a wide welding current adjustment range from 30 to 400A, making it suitable for both assembly work and welding thick components. MMA Pulse – greater control over the weld pool

One of the key features of the EasyARC 400P is MMA Pulse. Pulse welding provides better control over the weld pool, reduces heat input into the material and makes it easier to control the weld in more demanding positions. This is particularly useful when process stability, reduced risk of overheating and improved weld appearance are important. Adjustment of the base current from 70–400A and pulse frequency from 0.5–10 Hz allows the parameters to be precisely matched to the material, electrode and operator's welding technique.

"SYN" function – faster MMA parameter selection

The "SYN" function assists the operator in quickly setting MMA welding parameters. Once basic data such as material thickness and electrode diameter have been entered, the machine helps select the appropriate welding current values. This reduces setup time, minimizes the risk of incorrect settings and makes it easier to achieve a stable arc, particularly when welding tasks are changed frequently.

Stable arc and easier electrode ignition

EasyARC 400P is equipped with functions that support everyday MMA welding. Hot Start facilitates arc ignition, particularly when using electrodes that require a higher starting current. Arc Force supports arc stability during welding, reducing the risk of arc extinction when the distance between the electrode and the workpiece is shortened. This gives the operator greater control over the process and makes welding smoother, more stable and more predictable.

VRD – enhanced operational safety

The VRD function reduces the open-circuit voltage, increasing the level of safety when using the machine. This is particularly important in environments where there is an increased risk of electric shock, for example when working in confined spaces, on steel structures or in conditions of increased humidity.

TIG Lift DC – greater versatility from a single power source

In addition to MMA welding, SPARTUS EasyARC 400P also supports TIG Lift DC welding. This function expands the range of applications and enables more precise welding operations while maintaining a simple power source configuration.

400V performance and robust construction

The three-phase 3~400V power supply ensures stable machine operation under high loads. High efficiency of 88%, a power factor of cosφ 0.95, insulation class H and protection rating IP21S underline the industrial character of the machine.
