A1B1E1 gas filter for Optrel e3000X series powered air respirators. Instructions for use included. Individually packed. Suitable for work environments with harmful or toxic gases, such as welding, paint preparation and painting work. The filter is fitted to the e3000X blower in addition to the TH3P (HEPA) particle filter. The powered blower thus provides combined-filter protection against both particles and gases. Filter type markings explained: A = Filters organic gases and vapours with a boiling point >65 °C. Brown colour marking on the side of the filter. 1 = Gas concentration below 1000 ppm (=1000 ml/m3). B = Filters inorganic gases and vapours (excluding carbon monoxide), e.g. chlorine and hydrogen sulphide. Grey colour on the side of the filter. 1 = Gas concentration below 1000 ppm (=1000 ml/m3). E = Filters sulphur dioxide and other acidic gases and vapours. Yellow colour on the side of the filter. 1 = Gas concentration below 1000 ppm (=1000 ml/m3).
